Shopping for Clothes - Spending Our Last Full Day in Prague

Our European holiday was coming to an end.

The day before we left for Canada, J. asked me to go shopping with him for clothes.

We went to a shopping plaza close to our hotel.

Evidently he was very excited about assuming his new position of responsibilities once when our holiday was over.

It has been a tradition that whenever he starts a new position, we go shopping together both as a celebration and preparation for it.

I was happy that he asked me to go shopping with him in Prague.

We went to a shopping mall close to our hotel. J. told me what he was looking for and I helped him picking them out.

The salesman at the department store was very helpful and friendly. He opened a few shirts for J. to try on and patiently folded them back to their neat original condition putting them back to the packages.

Shopping in Prague was a real pleasure for us. Firstly, the service from the sales people was excellent. Secondly,  both the women's and men's clothes fit much better as they were slender fit. O, yes, the prices of mechanize were much cheaper in Prague. So we bought quite a few pieces of clothing from the stores.

We also found a money exchange place in the shopping plaza that charged 0% commission fee. We should have come here to exchange for the local currency.

We got back to our hotel,  packed our bags getting ready to depart for the following day.

Though leaving Prague on the same day the following day,  we would be flying out from the Prague airport at a different time from J.

J. got up early the next day and had breakfast with us in the hotel's dining room.

I felt very sad leaving him as we would have to wait a year or two before seeing him again.

I prayed that God would bless and take care of J.  We hugged and said good bye. The hotel got us a taxi taking us to board the flight leaving for Canada.

We thanked God that we have had a good time and a safe holiday in Europe!
