Sleep Inn - A Comfortable Place to Stay, Bracebridge, Ontario

A downtown lakefront restaurant,  Huntsville, Ontario

Week of Oct 16, 2017

We went up to our little cabin by the lake twice in the month of October , the most we ever visited our little get away.

The first time we went with D.and D. and Florence to clear the contents of our cabin thinking that it was the last time we saw this place as owners.

A. & W. visited our  Muskoka cabin for the first and last time

Something came up and we were able to go up for the second time the following week.

A cute little house - downtown Gravenhurst, Ontario

We made a mini holiday out of this trip and  invited W. and A. to come with us.

Amy's first visit to Huntsville, Ontario

This time we also included Gravenhurst and Huntsville on our itinerary.
We stayed both times at the Bracebridge Sleep Inn
As the weather has turned cooler, we could not sleep in our little cabin. Both times we stayed overnight in a hotel in Bracebridge.

There were quite a number of choices as we made our reservations online. We chose to stay at the Sleep Inn, Bracebridge.

It was a good price, even for 3 people last time with Florence in a room with 2 double beds, the hotel didn’t charge us any extra.

Our room was clean with two comfortable double beds

The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly.

A complimentary hot & nutritious breakfast was offered at Sleep Inn

My favorite part was the complimentary nutritious breakfast that came with bacon and eggs, yogurt, toasts, fresh waffles and fresh fruits etc as well as the all day tea and coffee offered to hotel guests.

We met with our friends and enjoyed a healthy and relaxing breakfast in the morning.

We stayed the first time and we liked it so much that we stayed at the same hotel for our return visit.

Amy has never visited Huntsville, and it was good to see her and her husband enjoying this visit.

Visiting our lakefront cabin for the last time with good friends

I was happy that our long time friends along with our good church friends were here with us at our property for closing the sale. We prayed and blessed this happy place together.

It was a blessing that we were able to share this special moment with our wonderful friends.

We are ready to move forward to the next stage of our life.
