Hiking & Meeting Our Church Friends at Toogood Pond, Markham, Ontario

After being cooped up in our own homes for almost five months, our church cell group arranged to have an outing  as soon as it was legal to so do in Toronto,  our home city in Ontario.

To minimize the risk of  contracting the  COVID 19 virus,  we decided to meet outdoor in a park.

Someone suggested meeting at Toogood Pond in Markham, Ontario, which is not too far for us in  Toronto.

We were happy that they did as we have not visited that park.

We met in the parking lot of the park right at 10a.m.

Our church cell group usually meets once a month.

However, we have not met since our March, 2020, meeting.

It was a lot of fun meeting my church friends again and we discussed all kinds of practical issues.

Besides meeting our friends again, we enjoyed having some exercises walking the trails in the park.

There were a few people walking, biking and fishing in the park.

It was a fun morning at the Toogood Pond!
