Cheapest Way Getting to Hong Kong Airport Via Public Transport

We have travelled to Hong Kong a few times and learned the best and cheapest way getting to the Hong Kong Aiprot when we flew home at the end of our vacation. Hong Kong's public transportation is convenient and reliable making it easy and affordable for visitors getting to its airport for their flights. Here is what we have found:

Cheapest way to go to Hong Kong Airport via public transport:

  1. Take MTR train ( Hong Kong subway system) from where you are to the TUNG CHUNG Station.

  2. Get out of the subway station and walk to the BUS TERMINAL next door

 

3. Board the S1 bus taking us straight into the Hong Kong Airport - cost under HK 10 dollars ( 2 Canadian dollars!)
